CLIENT CONTRACT

("Client") hereby contracts with ___________________________ Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services to provide services in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Client agrees to pay Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services the fee (the "Fee") set forth above for services rendered. Additional mileage charges will apply to any job that requires Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services to drive outside of a 10-mile radius of Client’s home. An invoice will be provided to Client by Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services on the 15th and last day of each month in which services are rendered and payment will be made by Client within 15 days by either personal check, cashier’s check or cash (US $ only). Fees incurred are in addition to any amount paid by Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services to acquire goods (example: groceries, gifts, etc.) or services requested by Client ("Reimbursable Expenses"). If Reimbursable Expenses are expected to exceed Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services may request that Client provide Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services with the money for the goods prior to Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services obtaining the goods. A fee of will be assessed on any and all returned checks.

Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services is not responsible for any charges or late fees incurred by Client. Any charges or late fees incurred that are paid for by Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services that are ultimately the responsibility of the Client are considered Reimbursable Expenses.

Hourly Fees will be assessed in 30-minute increments with a one hour minimum within any one day period.

Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services is not responsible for any damages caused by a pet of the Client while the pet is in the care of Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services.

Client will not send Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services or its employees to do any work on Client’s behalf that is illegal at the local, county, state or federal level or that would put Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services or its employees in unreasonable danger.

Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services is a subcontractor of the Client. Client has no responsibility to withhold any employment taxes from or provide any benefits to Go-Pher It Professional Errand Services.
